We provide legal assistance at all stages of business: from the establishment or acquisition of a company or other form of business, through successful development and day-to-day operations, to its proper closure—whether through sale, transformation, or dissolution/winding up. Our main areas of focus include:
Corporate Law:
establishment and modifications of business corporations or other forms of business, liquidation process, preparation of general meetings and representation at them, addressing corporate law matters and the liability of company executives, including corporate governance, Intra-group relationships and reports on relations between affiliated entities, control agreements, approval of financial statements, capital-related matters (capital reductions, increases, contributions), financial assistance.
Acquisitions and mergers:
due diligence and acquisitions of equity interests, mergers and divisions of business corporations, restructuring of corporate groups, transfers of enterprises or their parts, establishment of joint ventures, shareholders’ and similar agreements
Financial law:
services for both debtors and banks in credit transactions, including syndicated loans, structured financing, acquisition financing, and security instruments
Contract and obligations law:
standard contractual documentation in supplier-customer relationships, basic contract types as well as complex or specialized agreements, including general terms and conditions, consumer law

Legal Services in Real Estate
We provide comprehensive legal services in real estate, primarily to developers, but also to owners’ associations and, as a standard practice, to individuals—both sellers and buyers. Our main areas of focus include:
Development Projects:
Due diligence, acquisition of shares or real estate, project financing, representation in negotiations with municipalities or city districts and in administrative proceedings (zoning permits, building permits), negotiations and contractual documentation with suppliers (architects, general contractors, managers, and operators of technical infrastructure, etc.), representation before the Land Registry and preparation of documentation (owner’s declaration, establishment of the first owners’ association), project commercialization (preparation of documentation, negotiations with buyers, claims, lease of commercial premises), legal advisory in construction law and environmental impact assessments, construction agreements.
Legal Assistance for Owners' Associations:
Convening general meetings, meeting minutes, changes in the association’s governing bodies, revision of bylaws, registrations in the Registry of Owners’ Associations, contracts with suppliers, dispute resolution
