Consumer Information

A client who is a consumer has the right to out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in accordance with Section 20d et seq. of the Consumer Protection Act. On 05.02.2016, the Czech Bar Association was authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to handle out-of-court consumer dispute resolution in matters concerning disputes between an attorney and a consumer arising from contracts for the provision of legal services.
